Jerrie Lane in the Heights between Main Street and Lake Elmo Drive will be closed beginning at 7 a.m. Thursday.

According to a news release from Knife River Construction, local access will be maintained to all businesses and residents.

The company will be excavating and reconstructing the street to construct a new asphalt paved street.

The street will undergo various levels of construction over the next two to three weeks, the company said.

Knife River requests passersby to watch out for workers and to obey traffic control signs.
