A Billings man was injured Saturday after his pickup hit a fence and a house and then overturned.

Police officers responded to the one-vehicle crash at the intersection of 15th Street West and Avenue C just after 1 p.m. They found the 36-year-old man outside of his 2013 Chevy pickup, Billings Police Sgt. Ronda Fox said in a news release.

The driver was northbound on 15th Street West when he drifted to the east side of the road and struck the curb, Fox said. The pickup took out a fence and struck the residence at 1448 Avenue C before it landed on its top in the yard.

The home's occupant was not injured. The driver was taken by ambulance to a Billings hospital.

The accident remains under investigation.
