Warm weather and an unstable cold front will collide Tuesday afternoon, which could mean rain and thunderstorms towards the middle of the week.
The National Weather Service does not expect much thunderstorm activity Monday, as skies stay mostly sunny. Highs could reach into the low 80s and southwest winds of 10 to 17 mph should continue all day.
Lows will fall to 54 Monday night and skies should become mostly cloudy. A 20 percent chance for showers or thunderstorms will persist overnight, as west winds of 7 to 13 mph continue.
Highs will reach into the mid 70s Tuesday and skies will be mostly sunny, but the chance for showers and thunderstorms will increase as the day wears on.
By Tuesday night, the chance for showers will be 50 percent. Skies will be mostly cloudy and lows will drop to 49. North winds will blow 7 to 11 mph.
