For the first time in a long time, the National Weather Service expects sunny skies with a high near 70 Tuesday in Billings. A west wind will blow from 15 to 21 mph.
Lows will fall to 45 Tuesday night, as west winds die down to 13 to 18 mph.
Showers are possible after noon Wednesday, but skies will be partly sunny with highs near 66 the rest of the day. Southwest winds 17 to 23 mph are likely.
Skies will be mostly cloudy Wednesday night, as a 30 percent chance of showers lingers. Winds with speeds of 9 to 14 mph will persist after midnight.
