Two people were taken to the hospital after a three-vehicle wreck at Grand Avenue and Rehberg Lane on Sunday.

Just after 6 p.m., a silver Dodge pickup going east on Grand turned on Rehberg. A gray Honda Accord going west crashed into the passenger door of the pickup, according to a press release from Sgt. Scott Conrad with the Billings Police Department. Only the driver was in the pickup and two people were in Honda.

The impact caused the pickup to flip and then roll into the front of a white Honda waiting in the left lane to turn onto Grand from Rehberg. Only the driver was in that Honda, according to Conrad.

A juvenile girl who was a passenger in the gray Honda and the driver of the pickup were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The driver of the pickup failed to yield the right of way in the intersection, according to the release. Alcohol consumption appears to be a factor, and a search warrant and blood draw was obtained for the driver of the vehicle, according to the release. Charges are pending, awaiting results of a toxicology from the state crime lab. The investigation is ongoing.
