Billings residents who have been diligently watering plants all July may get a day off. There is a chance of rain in the forecast every day this week.

A 20 percent chance of isolated showers and thunderstorms is expected after noon Sunday. Temperatures will be in the low 90s, and skies will be sunny. A southwest wind of 5 to 8 mph will die off in the afternoon. 

Mostly cloudy skies are expected Sunday night and lows will drop to 63 degrees. The chance for showers will continue before midnight, and that light 5 to 9 mph breeze will kick up again. 

A chance of afternoon thunderstorms will increase to 30 percent Monday as highs stay in the upper 80s. Skies will be partly sunny and a calm wind will become east northeast at 5 to 7 mph in the afternoon.

Monday night, showers and thunderstorms will continue to be a possibility. Skies will be mostly cloudy and lows will fall down near 63. An east wind of 5 to 9 mph will blow out after midnight.
