There are no more negative temperatures in the forecast this week, but windy days could make people chilly in Billings.

It will be a partly sunny Wednesday as highs rise into the upper 20s, but winds gusting up to 24 mph could make temperatures feel at times like it's 10 below.
The temperature will hold steady in the low 20s overnight, but 22 mph to 26 mph winds could kick snow around, making it hard to see.
The sun will be out again on Thursday, and highs will get into the upper 30s. There will be winds blowing at about 20 mph, but they will die down by nightfall.
Expect cloudy skies and temperatures in the low 20s on Thursday night.
