I just wanted to take a moment to thank Chioko Hammel, Nathan Carroll, the student workers from MSU, the local student volunteers and all the people of Ekalaka for the wonderful time we had at the recent "Dino Shindig" put on by the Carter County Museum. Congratulations on the results of all the hard work you must have put in to have such a successful event. What an amazing group of speakers you were able to arrange, with a nice mix of paleontological topics discussed.

My son and I enjoyed ourselves a great deal, and hope this was just the start of a new yearly tradition in Ekalaka each dig season. The people of Carter County, and Ekalaka in particular, were all very friendly and welcoming to us and have made Ekalaka our favorite western small town.
