Searching for solutions to a downtown problem

I am finding it very interesting, and very funny, to see the diametrically opposed opinions on the same page, especially concerning the downtown situation.

I live downtown and love it. Maybe it's not perfect, but preferable to either of the "ends.” I wish there were a simple solution to the problem of street people, as they are a problem, and for us non-drivers, it can be a real nuisance.

How about moving The Hub somewhere near the employment office on Fourth Avenue? With The Hub and the Crisis Center so near each other makes it a 24-hour problem. It keeps us seniors off the streets, however.
