I am the owner and a managing partner of Jathco Computers. After reading the letter by Angela Kelly (March 30) accusing my former partner, Llew Jones, of not disclosing his ownership in Jathco when running for the Senate, I want to set the record straight. Llew and Carole sold Jathco to Colleen Moritz and me in 2007.

Since then, Llew has not been involved other than early on helping get our feet on the ground. Carole did help us do the books (payroll) for a few years, but no longer does.

As to the website, that was my oversight. I simply did not update it. In fact, it not only listed Llew and Carole, it still listed a partner who had left years earlier. When the Joneses called and asked about the website, I finally got it updated.

I don't know who this Montana Watchdog guy is, but if someone claims to be a reporter, he should have actually verify ownership rather than just believe what he reads on the Internet. I guess that is why I am not in politics.

During the years I worked with Llew and Carole, they did great work, took care of business and cared about their customers.

I am sorry he is getting attacked because I did not update a website and hope this sets things straight
