BILLINGS — The driver of a sport utility vehicle has died after losing control on Interstate 90 near Laurel and rolling down a ravine.

The Montana Highway Patrol says the crash was reported about 8:40 a.m. Sunday

Trooper David Munson says the SUV was eastbound when it rolled over a guardrail and to the bottom of a steep ravine.

Munson says the driver was the only person in the vehicle at the time of the crash.

The driver's name hasn't been released.
