LOLO PASS - U.S. Highway 12 has reopened west of Lolo Pass, but the Idaho Department of Transportation warns to expect continued periodic closures because of the avalanche danger.

About 60 miles of the highway west of Powell has been closed off and on for the past week, and was closed for much of the weekend.
