A Boulder-White Clouds National Monument?

Conservation groups are proposing a 571,276-acre national monument in the Boulder-White Clouds area north of Ketchum and east of Stanley. They hope to better protect the area from future development, but many who recreate in the area said their support of the proposal depends on an uncertain amount of access that would be determined after the declaration is made.
