GREAT FALLS — A 50-year-old Brockton man has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder for stabbing a 21-year-old man to death during an argument.

David J. Lewis entered his plea Friday for the January death of Armon Boyd.

Prosecutors say Boyd was stabbed at least 19 times and that his body was found in Lewis' residence. Court records say one of Boyd's arms was nearly cut off.

U.S. District Judge Brian Morris scheduled sentencing for Aug. 15. Lewis has been in custody since his arrest.
