GREAT FALLS -- Great Falls Public Schools officials say the district will take disciplinary action against school employees who were believed to have known about a sexual assault in the football locker room this fall, but failed to report it to the proper authorities.
The district announced the discipline in a statement on Thursday evening.
Superintendent Cheryl Crawley says the district has taken "appropriate action," but wouldn't say who was being disciplined or in what manner.
A senior at Great Falls High, 18-year-old Alex Botina-Roehm, has pleaded not guilty to two counts of rape and two counts of sexual assault. He has been suspended from school, and Crawley says his family has agreed not to seek his re-entry into the district.
