  • Montana Gov. Steve Bullock has accepted the ice bucket challenge from Wyoming Gov. Matt Mead. In addition, he is making a $100 donation to the ALS association. He's challenging the editors of Montana's daily newspapers, and the station managers of Montana's news stations.

  • Greg Lemon, editor of the Independent Record in Helena, accepted the ice bucket challenge from Gov. Steve Bullock.

  • Montana Standard Editor Matt Christensen took the ALS ice bucket challenge presented by Gov. Steve Bullock and calls on community leaders Marko Lucich, Karen Sullivan and Don Blackketter to do the same.

  • Missoulian Editor Sherry Devlin takes the ice bucket challenge to benefit the ALS Association and challenges Missoula Mayor John Engen, Missoula County Attorney Fred Van Valkenburg, Missoula County Sheriff Carl Ibsen and University of Montana Vice President Peggy Kuhr.

  • The Rocky Mountain College football team was doused with cold water for ALS awareness.

  • Rocky Mountain College president accepts ALS ice bucket challenge and challenges Montana State University Billings and Carroll College.

  • Montana State University Billings Chancellor Mark Nook gets doused in ice water to benefit ALS — twice!

  • U.S. Rep. Steve Daines, R-Mont., accepts the ice bucket challenge. 

  • The Carroll College women's soccer coaches take the ice bucket challenge.

  • Showdown Montana takes the ALS ice bucket challenge and challenges Big Sky Ski Resort, Discovery Ski Area, and Alta Utah.
