UPDATE: An Amber Alert for a 3-year-old girl has been canceled.

Police issued the alert for Jayvani WhiteEagle earlier Thursday. She has been found safe. 


BISMARCK, N.D. — A 3-year-old girl may have been abducted from a Bismarck laundromat.

Police have issued an Amber Alert for Jayvani WhiteEagle.

At 9 p.m. Wednesday, Jayvani was last seen at King Coin Laundromat, 2125 E. Thayer Ave. According to Bismarck police she is believed to have been abducted or is in danger.

Jayvani is a Native American with long black hair, brown eyes, and weighs about 35 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, pink undershirt, wrangler blue jeans and silver sketcher shoes with a bowtie on top.

Jayvani may be with Jacqueline WhiteEagle and Curtis Olson Jr. The two may be driving a black 2000 Toyota Tundra pickup with heavy front end damage, license plate number JVC223.

WhiteEagle is a 24-year-old Native American woman with long black hair and brown eyes. Olson is a 28-year-old Native American. He is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He may have a shaved head, an eyebrow piercing, a pierced left ear and facial hair.

WhiteEagle is Jayvani’s biological mother but does not have custody. Both she and Olson are from Parshall.
