WORLAND — The University of Wyoming Board of Trustees is holding a special meeting and board retreat this week in Worland.

The special meeting is set for late Friday morning at the Washakie Museum and Cultural Center. Trustees will discuss the university's 2013-14 fiscal year capital construction request and a construction manager at-risk for the Performing Arts facility.

No regular business meeting and no public comment are scheduled.

The board also plans to meet in executive session Saturday morning to discuss personnel matters.
