CHEYENNE - The National Park Service is offering free entry to five sites in Wyoming this weekend.
Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar announced last month that the Park Service would offer three fee-free weekends this summer.
In Wyoming, the opportunity applies to Yellowstone and Grand Teton national parks, Devils Tower National Monument, Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area and Fort Laramie National Historic Site.
Grand Teton officials say they're marking the weekend with organized events including a canoe and kayak trip on Jenny Lake, an astronomy presentation and two guided hikes for birders.
