Free legal aid available to University of Wyoming military veterans

LARAMIE, Wyo. — University of Wyoming military veterans and their families can receive free legal services on the Laramie campus.

John R. Hursh, of Laramie, will provide assistance on a volunteer basis at UW's Veterans Services Center.

Hursh will be available to help veterans with issues such as legal research related to veteran's affairs; information and advice on military court issues. He'll also help with investigations on matters relating to military and veteran's benefits.

Hursh is a former Marine Corps judge advocate officer. He practiced law in Riverton for 38 years before recently retiring to Laramie.
