CHEYENNE — Cheyenne police are looking for Misty Stricker, a 34-year-old woman from Cheyenne who kidnapped her daughter at noon Tuesday, according to a news release.

Stricker does not have custody of her 2-year-old daughter, Angeleana Tyler, according to the release.

The release said Stricker was granted visitation with her daughter at the Safe Harbor at 2712 Thomes Ave. Stricker took Tyler and left the area on foot. Stricker was last seen southeast of Safe Harbor.

Stricker is approximately 5-foot-8 and 210 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes. Stricker was last seen wearing a black T-shirt with an unknown logo on the front and gray sweatpants. She was carrying a green backpack.

Authorities said Tyler is susceptible to seizures and is on medication and is believed to be in danger.

Tyler is an Hispanic female, approximately 24 inches tall and weighing 30 pounds, the release said. She has long brown hair that was last seen in a ponytail with a purple/pink/white bow. She was last seen wearing a brown sweater, brown sweat pants and pink shoes. She has pierced ears with diamond earnings.

Stricker may be on her way to California, the release said.
