JACKSON, Wyo. — Gov. Matt Mead will be in Jackson on Wednesday to join three other panelists for a discussion about pressing energy issues facing Wyoming.

Jackson Mayor Mark Barron, Wyoming Sen. Leland Christensen and Wyoming Rep. Ruth Ann Petroff will also speak at the forum.

Annual royalties paid by coal and natural gas producers total in the hundreds of millions of dollars. They are put toward funding schools and colleges, road construction, city and town budgets and Wyoming's budget reserve.
