RAWLINS, Wyo. - Voters in portions of Carbon County will be asked whether to borrow $26.5 million to pay for school construction projects.

The Carbon County District 1 school board voted unanimously on Thursday to put the issue on November's ballot.

The money would pay for planned improvements at the new Rawlins High School that the state won't pay for.

They include an aquatics complex and more space for after school and vocational programs.
