CASPER — The Stanley Cup will visit Casper next month to raise money for amateur hockey players.

The iconic trophy will be the guest of honor at the Casper Amateur Hockey Club's annual fundraiser on April 6.

President Kevin Whitman said the man who travels with the cup will share some stories about its more than 120-year history.

He said the fundraiser helps keep costs down to around $125 a year for the club's young first-year skaters.
