Zimmerman Trail in Billings was reopened Thursday morning after a small rock slide partially blocked traffic and disabled one truck.

The slide was reported Thursday at around 7:45 a.m., after several large rocks struck a black Ford F-150 and blocked the southbound lane of traffic. The male driver of the truck was uninjured, Billings Police Sgt. Justin Jagers said. However, the truck was disabled and had to be towed.

The road was reopened about an hour later.

"Such is the life of Zimmerman Trail," Jagers said.
