Mining executive Phillips Baker Jr. states he would, “pursue every avenue to restore my reputation and good name.” His good reputation and name are only in his head. He is about power and greed, just ask the people in the communities he mined in.

Baker left the state of Montana holding the bag for the clean up around the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation. Ask people in Silver Valley, Idaho, where he and his cronies pitted some of the business against striking miners (395 days) because he won't negotiate a fair contract.
