Holland & Hart LLP is seeking an experienced legal office administrator for its Billings, Montana office. Responsibilities include: human resource management as related to support staff, computerized legal billing, designing and producing financial reports as requested, accounts receivable collections, accounts payable, assist with budgeting, monitor office expenses, manage the trust account, coordinate client and office events, facility and security management, oversee office services related to mail/messenger services, purchasing/supplies, telecommunications, copy/file services and coordinate with the Denver office regarding, but not limited to, information technology, benefits and wellness initiatives, library, office services, marketing, financial services, and professional development. Qualifications include: knowledge of the practices and commonly accepted standards of law office management through education and/or at least 5 years of related experience. Knowledge of accounting principles, computerized billing software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and facilitate the professional development of staff. Ability to problem solve, make sound judgments, and develop office procedures. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
