Home care, through rocky Mountain, is a cost-effective option for individual health care needs. An evaluation visit helps patients determine eligibility for payment reimbursement. Billing specialists process private insurance, Medicare and Medicaid. Private pay from the patient or family is also accepted. See Attachment A.
Rocky Mountain Home Care is proud of its reputation and has attracted the finest nurses, therapists and other professionals in the communities it serves. In addition to providing the highest quality of services available, continuity of care is also a top priority.
On-call nurses are available by telephone 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Primary care nurses assigned to patients make regular and supervisory visits as ordered. During supervisory visits, nurses evaluate the care given as well as review the overall family dynamics. Staff members are also acquainted with community resources available in their areas and are committed to helping patients meet their specific needs.
The nurses and home health aides are required to attend in services / case conference where individual patient needs and medical conditions are discussed. Suggestions are offered, and specific care is discussed. The staff also receives instruction on providing appropriate emotional and physical care.
Employees are covered through the company liability and malpractice insurance. Additionally, employees are bonded and covered under Workman's Compensation Insurance.

Rocky Mountain Home Care offers Medicare Certified Home Health Services in YellowStone county and Silverbow County. Experienced Rocky Mountain staff have organized a system to manage the large volume of required paperwork. Administrative policies pertaining to documenting, billing, auditing and accounting have been developed to comply with Medicare Conditions of Participation.
