On the night the Bozeman City Commission unanimously approved first reading of a nondiscrimination ordinance, people on both sides got a head start testifying before the Billings City Council on Monday.
Amid numerous budget hearings, the Billings City Council also must find time to squeeze in a regular meeting to take care of city business.
Greg Chirrick, 43, of Billings passed away unexpectedly on April 24, 2013. He was born on July 26, 1969. He graduated from Senior High in 1987 and married his high school sweetheart, Darcy Anderson, on April 18, 1998.
