In 15 years Kevin Toohill’s job has changed dramatically, going from a purveyor of printed, custom topographical maps in a two-man company to a member of one of the nation’s largest mapping firms that now provides that same paper data on smartphones.

Billings-based mapmakers MyTopo has a new feature out just in time for the holidays — customers now have the option to order large-format maps with a public lands overlay on topo and aerial maps in the western United States.
MyTopo has added new 2009 aerial imagery for all of its products and services, including MyTopo large-format printed maps, the MyTopo MapPass and MyTopo Terrain Navigator Pro.
