Peaks To Prairie Adventure Race
COLUMBUS — After getting ashore at the Special K Ranch just outside town, James Bedard almost had to crawl across the finish line Sunday at the 36th annual Peaks to Prairie Adventure Race.
COLUMBUS — What's a little rain and wind when you're in the process of pounding out nearly 70 miles running, cycling and boating in a single day, especially when there's a party for you at the end?
Sunny skies and a new course greeted runners, bicyclers and paddlers in this year's Peaks to Prairie race.
Almost 500 races were signed up for Sunday's Red Lodge-to-Billings challenge, the 33rd annual Peaks to Prairie Adventure Race.

The 32nd annual Peaks to Prairie Adventure Race will be held on Sunday, April 25. The run/bike/boat event begins in Red Lodge and finishes at Coulson Park in Billings.
