Regular voters wouldn't be affected by LR-126

I would like to know why those people (identity unknown) are willing to spend tens of thousands of dollars trying to con the voters to voting against LR-126. They claim in their constant TV ads that if LR-126 is passed, it will make it impossible for veterans and ranchers to vote!
