SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. -- Eric Laughlin's grand slam home run highlighted a 10-run fourth inning as Boulder Arrowhead broke away from Lewiston, Idaho, 13-7 in the first day of pool play of the Little League Northwest Regional tournament.

Boulder-Arrowhead, the state 11-12 Majors champions from Billings, will play Washington on Sunday.

Ben Egan and Jonathan Nickoloff each had two RBIs for Boulder-Arrowhead. Nickoloff, Josh Erbacher and Cade Hemby had two hits apiece for the winners. Erbacher and Cayden May also had RBIs.

Billings was trailing 5-2 before the 10-run fourth. Idaho had 12 hits and scored five runs in the second inning. Idaho also had seven errors in the game.

Four Billings pitchers -- Brad Haynes, Michael Horrell, Zack Tallman and Cade Tyson -- combined to throw 79 strikes on 119 pitches and fanned 11 Idaho batters. Tallman, who pitched 2.2 innings, earned the win.
