GREAT FALLS -- Garrett Boulware drove in four runs to lead the Billings Mustangs to a 7-1 Pioneer League baseball victory over Great Falls Sunday.

Mustangs pitcher Tyler Mahle improved his mark to 1-0 by throwing five innings of four-hit ball. He allowed one earned run while fanning eight.

Boulware, who plays catcher, hit two two-run singles for the Ponies (4-2). Both of the base hits were to left field and came in the third and sixth innings.

Voyagers pitcher Chris Freudenberg suffered his second loss. He lasted 3 2/3 innings, giving up seven hits and four runs, although none were earned. Reliever Grant Monroe didn't fare much better over 1 2/3 innings, giving up three hits, three earned runs and one walk.

Billings remains in Great Falls (4-3) for a game Monday at 7 p.m.
