Billings went ahead for good, 12-9, in the fifth on a run-scoring single by Ty Washington and a two-run double by O'Grady.
Washington matched Aquino's four hits. Alex Greer added three more, including a double and triple.
Billings finished with 18 hits, two shy of its season high. Eight of them fell for extra bases.
The Mustangs also stole a season-high nine bases.
Billings (14-19) and Ogden (13-20) play the third game of their four-game set on Monday night. The Raptors had won three straight games before Sunday's loss.
