BOZEMAN -- Two former college basketball standouts will make guest appearances at Montana State’s basketball camps this summer, Bobcats coach Brian Fish announced.

CBS college basketball analyst Doug Gottlieb, who starred at Notre Dame and Oklahoma State, is scheduled to participate at the Bobcat High School Camp on June 22-24, and will speak to campers on June 24.

Gottlieb is regarded as one of the best passers in college basketball history, and led the nation in assists in 1999. He is also scheduled to be a guest speaker at Montana State’s Sixth Man Mixer on June 24 at the Baxter Hotel Ballroom.

Former Oregon Ducks star Aaron Brooks will appear at MSU’s Skill Development Camp on June 24-27. Brooks won the NBA’s Most Improved Player award in 2009-10. He averaged 19.6 points a game for Houston that season, including 43 in one triple overtime win over Minnesota.

He became the sixth player in NBA history with 200 three-pointers and 400 assists in the same season.
