GREAT FALLS -- Montana State’s annual Triangle Classic spring football scrimmage was canceled Saturday due to snow showers and poor field conditions at Memorial Stadium.

The Bobcats were scheduled to scrimmage at 1:30 p.m. The teams’ next scheduled scrimmage is the Sonny Holland Spring Game on April 19 at Bobcat Stadium in Bozeman.

Held in Great Falls each year, the Triangle Classic is a major fundraiser for Montana State athletics. The banquet Friday night at Four Seasons Arena was highlighted by featured speaker Mark Emmert, the president of the NCAA.
