Montana State’s Grant Grosvenor, Jeff Mohl and Carley McCutchen, and Montana’s Lindsey Hall will compete at the NCAA track and field national championships June 11-14 in Eugene, Ore.

Grosvenor qualified for in the 800 meters by running a school-record time of 1:49.02, good for 10th place, at the West Regional last week in Fayetteville, Ark. He joins Red Lodge's Mohl (decathlon) and McCutchen (heptathlon) as national qualifiers from MSU.

Like Mohl and McCutchen, UM’s Hall qualified for nationals earlier in the season. Hall will compete in the heptathlon.

Hall broke her own school record in the 100-meter hurdles Saturday in Fayetteville with a time of 13.51, though she came up short in her attempt to make nationals in the event.

In all, 12 Big Sky Conference athletes will compete at the national championships.
