BOZEMAN — Jared Stutzman scored a game-high 33 points as Idaho State used a big second half to break away from Montana State 101-78 Thursday night in Big Sky Conference men's basketball.
The Bobcats (13-17, 6-11) close out the regular season against Weber State on Saturday. MSU has lost five in a row and 11 of its last 13 games.
Stutzman was 11 of 14 from the field for the Bengals, including 8 of 11 from 3-point range. Geno Luzcando added 22 points for ISU (14-14, 9-8).
The Bengals scored 60 points in the second half, shooting 67 percent from the field.
Tyler Hall led the Bobcats with 16 points, while Devonte Klines had 12, Joe Mvuezolo Jr. had 11 and Konner Frey 10.
