HONOLULU, Hawaii — Montana State made eight first-half 3-pointers but cooled off considerably after halftime in an 81-75 loss at Hawaii late Monday night.

Hawaii’s Sarah Toeaina led all scorers with 25 points on 10-of-12 shooting. 

The Bobcats made only 2 of 12 3-point shots in the second half. They were 0 for 6 in the fourth quarter. Hannah Caudill led all MSU scorers with 19 points. She made 5 of 14 from 3-point range.

Oliana Squires added 14 points for the Bobcats.
