SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Sacramento State's Hannah Friend, Tiara Scott and Maranne Johnson combined for 75 points in an 88-77 Big Sky women's basketball win over Montana State on Thursday.

Friend scored a game-high 31 points and Johnson had 23 as the duo combined for 19-for-33 shooting. Scott made five 3-pointers and scored 21 points as the Hornets made 13 3-pointers.

In winning just their second conference game, Sac State (4-18, 2-9) shot 53 percent from the floor. Montana State (13-10, 7-5) never led.

Hannah Caudill led the Bobcats with 20 points. Rebekah Hatchard added 16 for Montana State, which made 12 3-pointers.
