BUTTE — Former Montana Tech football coach and athletic director Bob Green was named the NAIA school's interim athletic director on Monday, two days after school officials announced that athletic director Charles Bradley was "no longer with the university."

The school also announced Monday that assistant women's basketball coach Lindsie Wilson will serve as the interim women's coach. She coached the women's team during Saturday night's game, an 85-69 loss to No. 18 Lewis-Clark State.

Chancellor Don Blakketter announced Bradley's dismissal on Saturday, without giving a reason. Soon after, women's basketball coach DeAnn Craft and assistant Kesha Watson resigned in support of Bradley.

Both Bradley and Craft had been at Tech for less than a year.

Bradley, a former University of Wyoming and Boston Celtics basketball player, was hired in May. Craft, formerly the head coach at Texas-San Antonio, was hired in August.

Green coached the Montana Tech football team for 24 years and was athletic director for 17 years.

The school will begin a search to fill both positions shortly.
