Ryan Steska of Rocky Mountain College has been recognized as the special teams player of the week in the Frontier Conference.

The 5-foot-9, 190-pound junior from Mission Viejo, Calif., kicked a pair of field goals covering 22 and 32 yards in Rocky's 13-6 win at Montana Tech last Saturday. Steska also averaged 36.7 yards on 10 punts, including a 47-yarder.

Running back Chris McGinnis-Parker of Eastern Oregon University was selected as the conference's offensive player of the week. Teammate Matt Gayman, a linebacker, was chosen as the defensive player of the week.
