Rocky Mountain College seniors Esther Timofeyev and Bethany Moullet were two of the 408 NAIA volleyball players to be honored as Daktronics Scholar Athletes on Friday.

In order to be nominated by an institution’s head coach or athletic director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade-point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status.

Timofeyev, a middle blocker, is from Moses Lake, Wash. Moullet, a setter, is from Huntley.
