BRUNDAGE MOUNTAIN, Idaho — Andraz Reich-Pogladic and Frida Svedberg of Rocky Mountain College made it a clean sweep, winning the slalom titles at the USCSA Western Region Championships on Saturday.

The two also won the region giant slalom championships.

The Battlin' Bears easily swept both team titles.

Reich-Pogladic won the slalom competition by almost four seconds over teammate Erik Hogbom. Reich-Pogladic, the defending overall national champion, had runs of 42.84 and 46.93 seconds. His first run was the best of the day by almost four seconds.

Andrija Vukovic was also fifth for the Rocky men.

Svedberg, a five-time national champion, had slalom runs of 46.91 and 49.0 seconds for a total of 1:35.91. She was part of a 1-2-3 finish for Rocky.

Svedberg shared the podium with teammates Elsa Wilhelmsson (1:37.55) and Emeline LaFarge (1:38.5).
