Laurel's Matthew Martinez-Tillman, an all-state and all-conference inside linebacker for the Locomotives, has signed a letter of intent with Rocky Mountain College's football program.

The 5-foot-10, 185-pound Martinez-Tillman will be a nickelback, outside linebacker or safety for the Battlin' Bears, Rocky coach Brian Armstrong said.

"He's a little bit undersized for the linebacker position, but plays big ," Armstrong added.

Rocky also signed all-Eastern A wide receiver Caleb Benson (6-2, 185) of Sidney.

"He's a guy that is rangy, he's got good height and very solid speed," Armstrong said. "His mom went to Rocky, so we're excited that he has decided to join Rocky."

The Bears have also signed linebacker Tony Halverson (6-0, 190) of Roundup and offensive lineman Wyatt Reierson (6-3, 300) of Rosebud.

Halverson was an honorable mention all-conference pick for the Panthers.
