LA GRANDE, Ore. — Seven players from the Rocky Mountain College men's soccer team earned all-Cascade Collegiate Conference honors.

Sophomore midfielder Marco Kummerle, junior defender Tulio Melo and junior defender Gregor Watson were all first-team selections.

The Battlin' Bears are ranked No. 8 nationally.

Kummerle was second in the CCC for total points with 11 goals and seven assists. Melo and Watson helped the Battlin' Bears defense lead the CCC in goals allowed. The unit was second for shutouts.

Senior goal keeper Cole Catlin, senior midfielder Matthew Thomas and junior defender Lucas Wiechers are second-team selections.

Chase Lashure, who was also among the top 10 in the CCC for scoring, is an honorable mention pick.
