GREAT FALLS -- Erin Legel scored a game-high 36 points and the University of Great Falls shot 34 of 37 from the foul line on Saturday night in beating Rocky Mountain College 87-75 in Frontier Conference basketball.

Legel shot 19 of 20 from the foul line as the fifth-place Argos finished the regular season at 7-9 in conference and are 17-12 overall heading into the postseason. The Battlin' Bears ended their season at 0-16 and 7-18.

Rocky lost its last 15 games.

Against UGF, Brittany Myers sparked the Bears with 16 points and nine rebounds. Brittany Kumm and Allie Sauvageau added 13 points apiece, while Megan Halstead chipped in with 12 points and eight rebounds.

Mary Wilmore scored 17 points for the Argos, Darah Huertas-Vining 16 and Taylor Statton 10.

Lindsey Abramson grabbed 22 of UGF's 47 rebounds.

Rocky buried 10 3-pointers, with three apiece from McKenzie Webinger and Sauvageau.
