Former Montana State Billings men’s soccer standout Conner Moe will join the Yellowjackets as an assistant coach for the 2014 season announced MSUB head coach Alex Balog Tuesday.

“We are absolutely delighted that Conner accepted our offer to come back to MSUB to become our assistant next to Coach (Thomas) Chameraud,” Balog commented. “I believe it’s a great hire for us as the continuity in the coaching staff we have had for the past few years has helped us stay on the same page.”

“Joining the MSUB staff is a great honor,” commented Moe. “Coach Balog has been a great mentor for me, and to work with him again will be tremendous.”

Moe, a former first-team all-Great Northwest Athletic Conference soccer player in the Yellowjackets’ program, is set to join the staff in a full-time role after serving as a volunteer assistant during the 2013 season.
