INDIANAPOLIS -- Montana State Billings student-athletes Austin Hanser, Lewis Polkow and Breanna Wilson are NCAA Division II Degree Completion Award recipients.
The program provides student-athletes financial assistance for them to complete their first baccalaureate degree. The selection process for the national award emphasizes academic performance along with financial circumstances, athletic achievement and involvement in campus and community activities.

Polkow, of Billings, was a member of the track and field program and holds the school record for the outdoor 400-meter hurdles. He was also the MSUB Scholar-Athlete of the Year for 2013-14.
